The 4th floor balcony is the perfect spot for sunrises and sunsets and keeping an eye on native birds, including bald eagles, ospreys, herons and egrets, pelicans, frigate birds, sea gulls and more. The 3rd floor features spacious living area, kitchen and dining with a large screened porch and 180-degree view of the island.
